1, in any case when the goods are loaded, the weight of the goods loaded in the box can not exceed the maximum loading capacity of the container, i.e., the total amount of containers minus the container's self-weight obtained. 7、When loading container with forklift truck, it will be limited by the free lifting height of machinery and the height of gantry. Therefore, under the conditions, forklift loading can be loaded two layers at a time, but there should be a certain gap between the top and bottom. If conditions do not allow loading two layers at a time, when loading the second layer, taking into account the free lifting height of the forklift truck and the possible height of the forklift truck gantry, the gantry lifting height should be the height of the first layer of goods minus the free lifting height, so that the second layer of goods can be loaded on the upper layer of the third layer of goods.
In this way the second tier of goods can be loaded on top of the third tier of goods.
In addition, the free lifting height of a forklift truck with a lifting capacity of 2 tonnes is about 1250px. But there is another kind of forklift truck with full free lifting height, this kind of machine is not affected by the lifting height of the gantry as long as the height of the box is allowed, and it can easily stack and load two layers of goods. Attention should also be paid to the fact that there should be matting under the goods so that the forks can be drawn out smoothly.
